Helped plan and facilitate a donor engagement event at Hayward Field to reconnect with lapsed donors and strengthen relationships with current supporters. Created event invitations and email communications, coordinated catering, and collaborated on event marketing and logistics. Assisted with event execution by welcoming guests, delivering remarks, and leading tours of Hayward Field alongside fellow student-athletes. The event provided an opportunity to showcase the impact of Women In Flight and encourage continued donor support for Oregon women student-athletes.
Quack In Action
MAY 2026
The University of Oregon Athletic Department puts on a Quack In Action event each year where elementary kids can come and learn how to be a good duck from Oregon student-athletes. This year, I planned interactive station activities for more than 200 children that focused on fitness, safety, balance, nutrition, and teamwork. I also created promotional posters, assisted with event setup, helped facilitate transitions between stations, and delivered closing remarks at the end of the event.
